Hi Oracle Community -

Under Work Experience in our applicant workflow, we had to create special custom fields to capture Country, State, and City in order to pass to our background check vendor. The City is fine because it's open text. The Country and State though is very clunky. You have to click the Search button to pull up the list then type in US United States or US CA- California. This has to be filled out for every work experience and cannot be copied/pasted. Additionally, if these sections are partially filled out and not validated, you cannot remove work experience.
