Prevent referred candidates from changing their Submission Source?

We have high agency and employee referral submission rates and always invite referred candidates to complete their application after they have been referred. We see a large number of candidates change their source from Agent or Employee referral to something else which makes source tracking difficult. Is there a way to prevent referred candidates from changing their Submission Source?
