Can anyone provide more information on the Hiring task in Fusion?

There is a task in Fusion called Hiring under the My Team grouping.  I have seen screen shots in the Oracle demo and heard suggestions that this task links to Taleo Recruiting.  Via this task hiring managers should be able to manage requisitions, progress candidates etc.  The pages look much simpler to use than Taleo and implementing this would be well received.

However, I am unable to find any more information about it.  I have reviewed MOS, readiness docs, help centre and applications help.  I have asked my contacts within Oracle, we were informed it is not available yet but I have seen evidence that it is available via mobile?  I can see below the resource name suggests it is available via Oracle Tap.  Can anyone provide more information about this task?
