Self-mapping to a learning plan

Summary

Can't seem to get a LP set up so a user can self-map

Content

I have set the LP to allow users to self-map

Using the LP DO.

The LP appears in the list of Learning Plans but there is no way for a user to add themselves to the LP.

I'm sure its a simple fix but I haven't been able to find it and the online help hasn't been very helpful.  Any assistance will be appreciated.
