Team Monitor vs My Team - question

Thanks to Greg Tatka I was able to get my Team Monitor widget up and running. After I shared it with a few of my supervisors the initial feedback was positive but a few inquired about being able to review data from a larger or global perspective. The analogy was made to My Team and their ability to run a LearnCenter Report to view learning plan compliance for all (or selected users). Does the Team Monitor widget provide this functionality? If it does not in the current state is it being considered as a future enhancement?
