Taleo Career Section Branding

Hi,

I have a requirements in Taleo Career section page.If i will click on the Job title/Apply button it should open in a new tab/new window.for that i am using Iframe in Taleo Branding file.But still it's not fullfill my requirements. 

Can anyone suggest me what is the best way to achieve this requirements.?
