Anyone else having issues with the Bulk Import function?

Bulk Import didn't import my users

I don't use it often, but last week I tried to bulk import two different groups of users off two spreadsheets into a subLearnCenter, and it didn't import them. Ended up having to enter them one by one.  What a pain! 

Anybody else having issues?

 

(This is the Bulk Import, not Bulk Loader I'm referring to.)
