All,

We are planning on deploying a new learning plan. I'm trying to set up a dynamic group that would contain new hires but we also want to back date to Jan 1, 2017 and include any new hires since then as well as moving forward to incorporate new hires on receiving the learning plan. Since we have hired approx. 800 people since Jan to current date, does anyone have an suggestions as to how I can back date/incorporate these new hires into my dynamic group?
