Is the referral data sent from TSS to TEE available in Onboarding(Transitions)?

Summary

We have Onboarding user defined form which use a UDF to capture referral name and is manually enter in by recruiter. We want UDF to auto populate w/ the referral name sent from TSS. Can this be done?
