How are you managing your submission expiration on aging open requisitions.Content
We have set the submission expiration at 90 days. Trying to find out what others are using. We are having postings that are being open for longer period of time and have experienced candidates reapplying for same opening. Don't want the recruiter to have to process same candidate multiple times. Has anyone else worked through this and how did you handle? Thanks
Anyone else will to share their setting on default submission validity period? and rationale as to why using that length of time.
