Hello,

We are looking at using the standard Requisition Approved e-mail to have it send to only recruiters. Yet, right now hiring managers are also receiving this e-mail, even though they are not in the To line field. Is this because the recipient is the recruiting user? Any way we could change this so only recruiters would receive this e-mail?
