Time lag between requesting service and it being fully available

Hi

We've recently activated HireVue as a screening service for Interviews.

Everything is as expected apart from a long time lag between requesting the screening service via More Actions and the initial HireVue screen being displayed (wheel of death etc). Also this seems to similarly and subsequently affect opening the Screening section on the submission. Is this usual and is there anything we can look to change settings wise?
