Input mask for capital letters

For candidate names we want to force capital letters for the first letter of the firstname and surname

I think this may have been requested before but is it possible to use the input mask or any other way to force a capital letter for the first letter of some fields, e.g. firstname and lastname on the candidate?  The input mask can force letters, numbers, characters etc but I'm not aware it can do this.

Can anyone suggest another way perhaps?
