Updating start date

Is there an easier way to update start date without changing statuses?

Good Afternoon Community,

We are looking for a process to update start dates.  Once a requisition has been filled, we found there may be instances where a candidate may need to change their start date. However, there doesn’t appear to be this option without reverting status, reopening req, changing status back to Hired, and then updating start date. Is there an easier way to do this? Would appreciate any suggestions.
