There were a few comments on yesterday's 17A overview regarding issues with the new LearnCenter Course Player for Widgets and SCORM 1.2 courses.  Notably a few different people posted that the couldn't open their courses in full screen mode.

In looking at it this today, I noticed that there seems to be an issue with the inheritance of the new Course Player's settings to the subLearnCenters. We're logging that issue to be looked at and addressed.

As an interim option, you can try overriding the settings in the individual subLearnCenter under Control Panel > Options > Courses to make sure the Show Navigation Bar is enabled.  If that doesn't work you can also set the option under the individual courses.  If you have a lot of courses the Bulk Loader might help out in that scenario as well.
