Hi forum members,

I have doubts about how the referral system in Taleo works. I am quite struggling or taking more time to find the end to end flow for referral job applications. I will list my path am in and also the doubts that i have.

1. I am able to refer a candidate from the external career section using submit a friends profile link.

2. Which in turn a e-mail is sent to the referred person.

3. From their using the link the person does the form filling.( doubt 1: "Is the form opened here is a job specific referral or candidate profile referral")
