Using Taleo to generate contract/offer

Hi there

About four years ago I worked for a company who tried to use Taleo to generate contracts using the message templates.  From memory we had some issue around layout and printing (we wanted to be able to print them and send hard copies too) and I think we gave up.  I'm now at another organisation looking at doing the same thing and I'm interested to find out if there's anyone out there using Taleo to generate contracts and if so what challenges they face and how they overcame them.
