We loaded a number of SCORM safety courses into our Learn environment and added quizzes to each course.  Each course is set up as a Learning Plan.  Some of the quizzes are 5 questions, some are as many as 10.

Some users experience a problem in that they cannot see all of the quiz questions when there are more than 5 questions.  There is no ability to scroll the page to see the full set of quiz questions.  The only solution we have discovered is for them to shrink the screen (Ctrl -).  This is impractical as the text gets very small.
