Other compensation is missing in "My Portrait – Compensation". Which duty is mising?

Dear all

In "My Portrait - Compensation" the monthly salary of an employee is displayed. But I don't see values for "Other Compensation". But the employee has for sure additional compensation. The attached doecument "Other compensation is missing in My Portrait" shows an example. Is that a problem of a missing duty in his profile?

I am also missing the "other compensation" in "Team Compensation" for the manager. How can that be displayed? The manager needs an overview of the total compensation of his employees.
