Hello! Question for all of you... Who is using dynamic groups based on Learning Plan completions?

We are conducting a user experience test hiding page sections based on when a user completes a mapped item of a Learning Plan. 

We noticed it's not working for us. 

Here is our use case and I would love the thoughts of the community. I just opened an SR ticket as well.

(A) Learning Plan is created with a mapped course.

(B) Dynamic Groups are created based on when LP is completed drop user in group which will unhide a page a section.
