Taleo-Using different user groups for different owner lookups

Can the various owner fields on a requisition be pointed to different user groups?

Hello,

 

It seems that the user group defined on an person determines the owners available for selection when filling out a requisition. Does anyone know if oracle can target the recuiter owner field, for example, to a user group or a LUDS list? I would like to pair down the recruiter list without limiting the other owner field selections or having different selections for the various owners.
