Hi, 

Is there any way to send notification to line manager and Learning Admin when user drops from the enrollment.

Basically, employee need to provide reason for dropping the enrollment and it should go for 2 level approval 
1) line manager 
2) learning admin 

Once manager and line manager approves the request, user should be automatically drop from the enrollment.

How we can achieve this functionality.
