LearnCenter created courses and the new Course Player

We're getting ready to launch a new My Learning page with the Tasks widget and I wanted to confirm the behavior of LearnCenter created courses. We have several older courses that were built with the LC tool and they continue to launch in a pop-up window within the new course player. None of our SCORM modules exhibit this so I wondering if there was a way to adjust the LC courses.
