Hi all,

 

We would like to add some custom fields in the New Person Pages because of some local requirements. The solution is to add some Descriptive Flexfields. 

However, considering that the project is global and the information is exclusively related to a specific country, client does not want to add "n" Descriptive Flexfields according to the different local requirements and suggested us to put this informatio anywhere else where we can make them visible exclusively according to the country/person profiles?

Do you have any suggestion where we can add this local information considering that it's something that HR people needs to add during the hiring phase and to be related to the personal profile of the employees?
