Faceted Search:    How does your company display "Accepting Employee Referrals" on your career sections?

The Portal Page Layout on Faceted Search will not display the label, "Accepting Employee Referrals".  The label renders with a Yes or No.

I'm looking for possible solutions other Taleo Clients have found to display the label.

We do have it displayed in the Job Description career portal page, but would like it also displayed in the Faceted Search page layout.

Please share any details you feel would be helpful on how your Company overcame this.
