My Team link on LearnCenter Design page

I know that dynamic objects are not available on the new design pages but I was wondering if there was a way to carry the My Team link over. We're not ready to let go of it at this time because of the mapping functionality but I'd like to move the link over to a new page. When I open the link in Firefox I was able to pull the following.

Is there any way to convert this into something that will work for all My Team users? The supid and sessionid references seem to be my road blocks.
