Am needing to pull the latest performance score..so wrote this formula but am getting multiple lines of data per employee.  I will need to show blank for any one who did not have a review in the current year as to not lose their data roq.... Any help is appreciated....

Case when "Employee Review Information - All"."Employee Review Is Most Recent" = 'Yes'  then

"Employee Review Information - Manager"."Employee Review Final Rating - Manager" end

FYI....If I pull the last Performance Review metric type and the metric new field values  I get .50 vs 4.00 score not sure why this is...when in the Talent profile this field shows the 4.00
