Hello There,

We are facing the titled issue for all the non-US Employees, if we are logging to application with preferred language other than English. Below step may clear the issue further -

a.       Set language preference to French prior to login.

b.       Navigate to My Workforce > Person management. 

c. Search any non-US Employee.
