Hi Community,

I have a requirement to capture Employer Notice Period in HCM Cloud. As you will know, this is not a standard field, but was wondering whether anyone in the Community have also had the same requirement and have done this for themselves or any of their customers? The obvious solution is to hold it as a DFF, but would be interested to hear if that is the case elsewhere or any other method has been used.
