Is anyone allowing system access for terminated employees, retirees, people on leave, etc? If so, how are you achieving this? How do you keep the accounts active and how do you deal with password change requirements? These people need access to prior paystubs and ability to update their address for W-2 purposes, we may also want to allow retiree access for some benefits related items but that is a less immediate need. thanks in advance!
