Hi all,

In the 15B version of Taleo, Oracle documentation mentions the following functionality: "Requisition Creation from a Position not Linked to a Requisition Template".

I am not sure to understand what means "Requisition creation from a position". What is this functionality? How is it different from usual requisition creation?
