Fusion Name Change and Marital Status Workflow Approval

Hi - we would like to place a Workflow Approval to be routed to like the HR Specialist whenever an employee makes a Name Change or modifies the Marital Status.

 

I tried the configuration today under the Approval 'Change Person' but it failed, I am still debugging it further.

 

What attributes can any of you recommend to utilize for a Name Change or Maritial Status approval?

 

FYI - I saw this Note today that said that Name Change only approval is not possible and there is an Enhancement Request.
