In R12, when a HR hires or edits the employment information & submits the change , an application error is displayed.

Hello All -

In R12 , when a hire or any employment change ( updation of employment page, Global temporary transfers, inter-company transfers, promotion etc) is submitted by HR, it displays an application error ( as below) & hence creates a blocking issue.

"An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 271, Server Domain: HCMDomain, Server Instance: CoreProcessesServer_102, Application Name: HcmCoreApp."
