Budget time - Resources to supplement Learn

My organization is getting ready to begin budget talks for 2017-18 and I have an opportunity to provide a "wish list". So far I've included things like access to content from Biz Library but I was wondering if anyone had tools or resources that are used to increase user development and engagement. I'm trying to expand what we offer from a self-service perspective and this could include anything from gamification activities to video.
