Hello,

Employees are unable to retrieve download of Education Transcript.

The download of the Education Transcript worked fine on 6/16/2017 and no longer works.

Please see attachment.

Did this happen to anyone else after the Production Release 17A.2b on 6/16/2017?

Also, employees are having issues completing course and not recording in their transcript.

Help!
