Reasonable Accommodation Workflow

Has anyone created workflow around Reasonable Accommodation?Content
Hi:
As part of our project to go live with R12 we started to look at options available to the employee and the manager we currently have hidden. One of these areas is on Personal Information > Disability Information where the colleague can create a "Reasonable Accommodation" request. From my research it appears I should be able to build a flow from the "Manage Person" workflow rule but I cannot track down "Disability" in this area. Has anyone created workflow around Disability and/or Reasonable Accommodation? If so, how is the flow working? Would you be willing to share your setup?
