Best practices for tracking career fair events in Taleo

We have a group of recruiters who attend almost weekly career fair events, and the thought is that the number of events will continue to increase.

 

We are exploring options on how to best track the events, and would like to know what others are doing. With the amount of events attended, creating event codes in Taleo would be a constant (daily/weekly) process. We also do not want the event codes to get out of control.

 

We also use Avature to track leads from events. While at the event, the prospects use an iPad to complete information and join our Talent Community (Avature). In Avature the recruiter is able to indicate which event the prospect attended. This also complicates how to best track events in Taleo.
