Who is approved or not for a Learning Plan, that's the question?

Hello,

Anyone using the 'requires approval' in Learning Plans? I suppose many do use this, but when running the default 'Learning Plan Progress Report' you have as result, the approved users but also users who are not yet approved. It seems this dataview (pending approval) was never designed in BI Reporting (was the answer in an SR). In our opinion this report is returning incorrect data but "it is what it is". 

This status could open many possibilities: 

1)Administrators and/or Supervisors can run reports to follow up directly and correctly.
