Cancelling more than one offer at a time

We have a number of candidates who are sitting at Offer-Draft on a requisition but they need to be offered on a different requisition.  I always thought you could tick the box against several candidates in a list and do a change step/status and choose offer - cancelled but it doesn't work!?!  Do we really have to go into each individually and change manually?

Can we also not create the same offer and apply to multiple candidates?  

Sorry for the dumb question but in my last place we used Taleo and another application for volume recruitment and I may just be getting the 2 confused re: offer creation as you could definitely bulk create offers in the other one.
