Hello,

We have had a number of reports from employee who are not receiving credit when they complete a course. These reports go back a while but we have not been able to figure out why it's happening. Oracle has asked us to look on our end. We've confirmed that the proper addresses are whitelisted, we've also included our Networking team to help troubleshoot but they do not see where the failure point is. Also, there is not always a consistent trend of courses that are causing issues. The only trend we can see is that all these courses include SCORM
