Enabling other language characters when printing the Signed Offer Letter

This request is to enable the other language characters like Chinese, Korean, Arabic and Japanese when printing the Signed Offer Letter in Oracle Recruit

The request is mainly to enable the other language characters like Chinese, Japanese and Arabic because these characters are not supported by the Oracle Recruit system whenever you are printing the signed offer letter. 

We have a case in Saudi Arabia that their local language can be seen or viewed by the candidate using the eOffer and Email, but when the recruiter is printing the signed offer letter the Arabic characters are not in the readable format.
