I have a compliance course in an LP. 757 users mapped to this LP via dynamic group. One user is frozen mid assessment, no similar complaint from any other user. When she relaunches nothing she does will advance the course. We're still troubleshooting some PC options..... but, ultimately, is there anyway to "reset" her course so that when it launches it is a fresh session that doesn't retain any of her previous activity?
