Hi Team,

Our client has upgraded from R11 to R12. (Saudi Arabia Localization).

After R12 upgrade Gratuity Deduction card is not calculating in Payroll for Resigned/Terminated employees.

I have modified Selected Extension under "Manage Features by Country or Territory" from "Human Resources or None"  to "Payroll".

In the quick pay "Gratuity Processing" is showing after modifying above step. But the Run Results doesn't have Gratuity component.

I already raised SR and Oracle has created Bug for the same - bug 26447481.

I would be grateful for any help in this regard.
