With all these new city and county level ordinances to deliver to new hires, what is your company do

Summary

Lately we've had an influx of new city and county level ordinances. We've made decisions not to get down to the city level in the past for Transitions/Onboarding, however, it's starting to get harder

We've had a few city level and county level ordinances come through where the legal requirement is that we present the document to the new hire. When these ordinances or notices (domestic abuse, minimum wage notices, etc) come through, they're usually at the state level and we've configured them in Onboarding.

I think we may be one of the few companies that manages our own state ordinances in Onboarding. However, I wanted to vet if it was true (if you're not managing it, which vendor do you use?) and if it's not true, ask people for help and recommendations on how to get these ordinances set-up faster and better. We're always a week or even a few months behind when we're told a law was put into effect.

Howdy, Stranger!
