R12 Upgrade: OTBI Reports are not running

Since the R12 upgrade when trying to run any OTBI Report by clicking on Apply or OK, nothing happens in the page, and the report does not generate. 

Open the report which generates in a new page 
Choose any prompts, or none
Click Apply, nothing happens 
Click Refresh, nothing happens. 
 

BI Publisher Reports are running fine

Has anyone else seen this problem?
