Bulk load reports

Anyone has a report which they run and the mass update using bulk loader?

I was just wondering if anyone has reports build that they can use to "download" a bunch of ILT's or enrollments and then mass update some information using excell and afterwarths upload the results with the bulk loader?

Would be handy to download a complete year of sessions and change some settings and then change it with the bulk loader. Like an instructor who is no longer in service but was expected to give some training or a location switch due to maintanance...
