Landing Page after Person Search - Person Management

Dear All,

We have a requirement when user click on Person Name after searching the person from Person management, it should land on Manage Salary tab instead of bu default Manage Employment Tab.

we have Compensation team for which we have separate custom role, is there any way we can customize the the person click to land on our desire tab instead of default given by oracle.
