Hello Experts

We are moving from PeopleSoft 9.1 to Oracle HCM R12.

We are having some challenges in figuring out how to implement security.

a) How do we know what are the Oracle Roles and the Oracle Pages it opens access to?

b) How do we automate assigning of the Data and application security roles to our users?
