How find application roles in version 12?

I need to create a custom role based on Human Resource Specialist Application role. In release 11 it was easy to identify the application , job role and data roles. But in release 12 it is difficult to identify the application roles. 

Can somebody explain how to identify those seeded application roles in release 12?
