Hi all,

The feedback form functionality is often not working fine. The issue we face very often is that the evaluators, when clicking on Save after completing the evaluation questionnaire, get an error (see image), whereby the information they entered is never saved and they need to start the process again from 0. We're wondering if other customers also face this issue with the feedback form functionality and whether someone has a good solution to solve this?
